Do you want to make a difference with the work you do? Join us as a Project Manager. Supporting project delivery throughout the UK, this role has the overall responsibility of ensuring all Enforcement solutions are successfully delivered. You will be expected to plan, monitor and deliver all Projects to the required Time, Cost and Quality drivers, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximising opportunities for increased revenue. You will be responsible for establishing effective relationships with the customer base and able to adapt your project delivery approach based on the scale and complexity of your project portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full project lifecycle delivery, ensuring financial control, resource planning, and execution meet technical and commercial objectives.
  • Deliver projects in line with contractual obligations, managing variations, claims, and SLAs to protect project value.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, coordinating scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and formal closure.
  • Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams, providing accurate monthly sales forecasts and conducting regular reviews.
  • Support bid and tender development, defining scope, deliverables, risks, and forecasted spend.
  • Manage supplier and subcontractor performance, embedding health and safety best practices.
  • Drive project execution, resolving issues and managing risks to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Facilitate structured project closure, capturing lessons learned and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Develop working knowledge of technical solutions to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Contractually aware, skilled in interpreting contract terms and managing change.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management and team leadership.
  • Problem solver with technical curiosity and cross-disciplinary understanding.
  • Proficient in project management tools and processes, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, science), ideally holding or working toward APM or PRINCE2.
  • Financially and risk-aware, with experience in cost control and risk management.
  • Familiar with professional standards such as the APM Body of Knowledge.
  • (Internal applicants only): Completion of Yunex Traffic’s internal project management certification is required.
