Project Manager – HVAC Installations

Location: Leatherhead, UK (Office-based with UK-wide site visits)

  • £40,000 - £50,000 depending upon experience.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a growing Service & Installations team delivering humidification and HVAC solutions across the UK. The role involves managing projects from order receipt to final handover, including coordination, procurement, scheduling, and site visits. You’ll be responsible for full project delivery, including cost control, client communication, and support for onsite engineers. This is an office‑based role with travel as required and offers a chance to work within a supportive, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage installation projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Liaise with clients to agree schedules and resolve issues
  • Ensure timely delivery and commissioning of projects
  • Provide support for site engineers and attend site visits
  • Contribute to business development and maintenance growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing multiple projects (ideally HVAC or similar industry)
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to produce RAMS and interpret technical specs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organised, flexible, and solutions-focused
  • Must be within commuting distance of Leatherhead.
  • UK-wide site visits as required.
