Location: Stoke‑On‑Trent & with travelling required as necessary
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
Car Allowance, Fuel Allowance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.00pm

The Role:
  • Covering both pre‑construction and delivery stages
  • Preparing tenders, cost plans, and enquiries using
  • Measuring and costing packages
  • Managing subcontractors, procurement, payments, and variations
  • Cross reporting to the Operations Manager and liaising with site teams
  • Exposure to PCSA schemes (desirable but not essential)
What we're looking for:
  • 5 years' experience in a main contractor or established developer environment
  • Background in estimating, cost planning, and Quantity Surveyor work across residential, commercial, education schemes and other sectors
  • Strong Excel skills for tender analysis and cost tracking
  • Clear communicator, confident with reporting and client / subcontractor liaison
