️ Project Manager - Fit Out & Retail Location: Office-based (no hybrid working) Salary: £55,000-£60,000 Car or Allowance Employment Type: Full-time

We’re looking for both an experienced Project Manager to join a growing, collaborative team in a fast‑paced fit‑out environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high‑value retail, healthcare, and commercial projects across the UK, with strong support and development pathways.

About the Role

You’ll be managing or supporting fit‑out projects typically ranging from £250K to £1M. Larger projects (~£1M) will be managed individually, while smaller ones may be handled concurrently. Site visits are expected once or twice a week, with locations including major retail and healthcare sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee or assist with full project lifecycle: estimating, programming, delivery, and variations
  • Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Review programmes and contribute to estimating and planning
  • Maintain digital project documentation with minimal paperwork
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings
