Project Manager – Right Now Group

Location: Farnham - Hybrid working

Salary: 45k-55k

Role Type: Full-Time Permanent

Job Description: Right Now Group is currently partnered with a prestigious international organisation looking to secure a proactive Project Manager to help improve efficiency and to predominantly ensure projects are delivered in line with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • In charge of typical program management activities incl. project planning, resource planning, cost control, stakeholder reporting, aftermarket service readiness, etc.
  • Managing and motivating engineering teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective communication.
  • Creating and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost‑effectiveness.
  • Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing project contingencies.
  • Ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, implementing quality control measures, and addressing any quality issues.
  • Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.
  • Providing technical guidance and expertise, ensuring that engineering solutions align with project requirements and industry best practices.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving roadblocks, and ensuring projects stay on track.
Desirable (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Project Management or Project Engineering experience.
  • Previous experience within Mechanical, Design or NPI engineering, ideally within a product‑related environment.
  • Prince2 or Project Management qualification.
  • Working knowledge of SolidWorks or equivalent.
  • Electro‑Mechanical/Electrical skills: understanding of product compliance, UL, CE, etc.
  • Desire to improve and develop upon existing processes.
  • Attention to detail and methodical nature.
  • Strong communication skills.
