A leading technology recruitment agency in the UK is looking for a proactive Project Manager for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will lead Salesforce and Oracle HCM projects, ensuring high standards of project governance. Essential skills include project management experience, hands-on experience with Salesforce, and strong stakeholder engagement. This role offers £475 a day and a hybrid working model.

Project Manager – Salesforce

£475 a day – Outside IR35 6‑Month Contract Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite Weekly East London

We are seeking a proactive and personable Project Manager to join our IT team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong track record in project delivery, excellent stakeholder engagement, and hands‑on experience with Salesforce and Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Salesforce‑related workstreams and Oracle HCM projects
• Oversee the rollout of Access Control Lists (ACL) via Salesforce
• Ensure high standards of project governance and documentation
• Collaborate across teams to align projects with strategic IT goals

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience managing multiple projects with urgency and precision
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Oracle HCM, and SQL
• Proficiency in MS Project and Jira
• Strong skills in change management documentation and stakeholder reporting
• Solid general technology understanding
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
