Job Overview

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who thrives with being in front of clients. Office is in Ipswich, but projects are across Cambridge, North Essex and East Anglia.

Responsibilities

• New build and refurbishments, with contract values of £1M to £15M in sectors including commercial, educational, industrial, leisure, health and social housing.
• Business development and relationship building – creating opportunities to win new business at all time.
• Provide a hands‑on approach and excellent organisational & team management skills.

Qualifications

• Evidence of running own projects for 2 years minimum.
• Evidence of winning work / building relationships.
• New Build knowledge.
• Internal and Fit Out experience.
• Quick access into London.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good computer skills.

Compensation & Benefits

£60,000 - £65,000 plus annual bonus. 25 days annual leave, enhanced competitive pension contribution, private medical insurance, employee wellness programme, enhanced paternity and maternity.
