Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

Location: Birmingham (hybrid working)

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + benefits

Are you a driven Project Manager looking to take the next step in your career within a leading construction consultancy environment? We’re working with a well-established, independent consultancy that continues to grow across the West Midlands, and they’re now looking for a Project Manager to join their Birmingham team.

You’ll be working on a range of warehouse and industrial projects, supporting major clients from concept through to completion. This is an opportunity to take ownership of exciting schemes, with the backing of a collaborative team that values professional development and quality delivery.

The role:

  • Manage projects through all RIBA stages, from feasibility to handover
  • Work across NEC contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, representing the consultancy with professionalism and confidence
  • Support senior project managers and directors while mentoring more junior team members

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in a construction consultancy or client-side environment
  • Proven track record delivering projects across RIBA stages
  • Strong understanding of NEC forms of contract
  • Ideally working towards or already holding RICS, CIOB or APM chartership (support provided if you’re on the pathway)
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and organised approach
