The role will require experience of delivering HRIS‑related change, including working with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT stakeholders to implement or enhance HR systems, manage data migration and integration activities, and embed new HR processes and ways of working. Working closely with project sponsors and stakeholders, the role holder will manage projects from initiation and business case through to delivery and transition into business‑as‑usual (BAU). The Project Manager will co‑coordinate implementation activities throughout the delivery lifecycle, including user acceptance testing and readiness for go‑live, and will manage the effective handover to operational teams.

A key element of the role is change management, ensuring that impacted stakeholders are engaged, change impacts are understood, communications and training needs are identified, and new systems or processes are embedded successfully across the firm.

The role will also involve the management of third‑party and outsourced suppliers, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and contractual obligations, and that suppliers operate in line with Saffery's standards and controls.

  • Provide appropriate management reporting.

  • Run project meetings with internal and external project teams and suppliers.

  • Leading the project team including organisation of the various assigned resources.
