Salary: c£75,000 plus full package

Pinnacle Recruitment are on the look for a first class Project Manager that is interested in working for the South West Region for a Tier 1 National Contractor.

The work is predominantly working on the MOD and will cover a number of different construction types on the MOD works that include building of accommodation blocks, concrete bases, reinforced concrete structures and steel framed buildings.

Responsibilities for the role will include:

Lead and inspire a multi-skilled team and set the tone for large construction and infrastructure projects

Take charge of all aspects of project delivery – from initiation, planning and design, to delivery, monitoring, commissioning and handover

Be part of something big by helping us to connect communities and build sustainably

Project delivery experience to make sure we meet high quality and safety standards

Commercial acumen to control costs and keep projects in budget

To understand standard forms of contracts and performance evaluation techniques.
