Qualifications

• Proven PM experience on cut & carve / heavy refurbishment projects.
• Experience working in live environments.
• Solid understanding of logistics, interfaces, and programme control.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural alterations, enabling works & temporary works interfaces.
• Drive the transition into Cat A fit out.
• Handle live building constraints – access routes, segregation, shutdowns.
• Manage MEP coordination and commissioning.
