Job summary

MTRP Ltd is recruiting a Project Manager with healthcare construction experience to lead delivery across Yorkshire. You will coordinate site teams, manage live healthcare environments and ensure works progress safely and on programme.

Reporting to clients and the project team, you will oversee subcontractors, sequencing, logistics and design coordination, with a delivery-focused approach and strong communication skills.

Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager with a background in healthcare construction, looking for your next opportunity with a leading main contractor?

We're recruiting for an established Tier 1 contractor with healthcare projects across South, West and East Yorkshire.

The position will involve taking a lead role in the delivery of healthcare projects, coordinating site operations and ensuring works progress safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with clients and project teams, managing the challenges of delivering construction works within live healthcare environments.
