Job summary

EPAM is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader in Greater London to own end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives. You will develop plans, manage risks, and coordinate across engineering, QA, release, and production teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in technology delivery or program management, with strong experience in Agile, Jira/Confluence, and cloud/native platforms. Excellent stakeholder communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives, ensuring commitments are met on schedule and within scope and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution roadmaps across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Drive program governance, progress tracking, and executive-level reporting.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, issues, and dependencies impacting program objectives.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, testing, release, and production readiness activities.
• Establish delivery metrics and reporting mechanisms to provide transparency and predictability.
• Facilitate decision‑making by providing delivery insights, impact assessments, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure effective release planning, environment readiness, and operational transition activities.
• Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes, engineering effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production processes;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven approach;
• Nice to have: experience within financial services, market data, exchange technology, or related domains, exposure to large-scale platform modernization or cloud transformation initiatives, experience working with globally distributed teams, familiarity with enterprise architecture and large-scale distributed systems.
