Job summary

Kenzema is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple fleet management projects across the EMEA region, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in fleet/logistics or video management systems, strong Agile knowledge, and exceptional communication; willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fleet management systems / logistics systems / video management systems.
• PM experience across multiple projects and teams.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC models.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Technical Program or Project Management, or Functional Management experience.
• Knowledge of Analog/Digital IP development processes, tools/flows and life-cycle in Test Chip.
• Prior experience in Fleet management systems, GNSS solutions or Satellite services.
• Ability to influence a wide range of people, including those resistant to change.
• Promotes Agile values and principles.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC models.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like JIRA, GIT, Crucible, Jenkins, Bamboo, or Artifactory.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% (70% domestic; 30% international)

As a Project Manager, you will manage multiple fleet management projects across EMEA region, supporting many industries to help teams optimize business processes using various project management tools. Ideal candidates will exhibit exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and thorough understanding of agile and other business processes to ensure effective project execution.

Responsibilities

• Technical Program or Project Management, or Functional Management experience.


• Good knowledge of the Analog/Digital IP development process, tools/flows and methodologies and the life-cycle in a Test Chip.


• Prior experience in Fleet management systems, GNSS solutions or Satelite services.


• Ability to influence a wide range of people, including people who are resistant to change and/or apathetic


• Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles


• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills


• Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e., Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices


• CI/CD pipelines such as JIRA, GIT, Crucible, Jenkins, Bamboo, or Artifactory.


• Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% (70% domestic; 30% international) to visit customers and assist with projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fleet management systems / logistics systems/ video management systems.


• Certified Scrum Master or other related certifications, or 7+ years’ equivalent in experience in lieu of certification


• Bachelors degree in software engineering computer systems or related field.


• Excellent communication and soft skills


• 3+ years experience as a Product Owner
