Project Manager – Retail Fit‑Out

UK‑Wide (Travel Required)

£75,000 + Package

Permanent | Full‑Time

Your Responsibilities

• Full project ownership from pre‑start to completion
• Lead site and project teams to ensure programme, quality, and safety standards are met
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage project schedules, cost plans, and procurement in line with delivery targets
• Ensure H&S compliance and client satisfaction throughout all phases
• Report regularly on project progress to senior management and stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

• ✅ Demonstrable experience in retail fit‑out (ideally Marks & Spencer or similar high‑street retailers)
• ✅ Strong leadership and organisational skills
• ✅ Able to manage multiple sites or fast‑track programmes across the UK
• ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• ✅ Background in live environment projects is essential

• ✅ First Aid at Work (3‑day)
