Location : Southampton - Hybrid (Minimum 2 days / week in-office)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Financial Services (FS) sector to lead and deliver complex regulatory initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, and drive high-impact projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for regulatory and compliance-focused initiatives
  • Engage and manage relationships with Executive-level stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and partners to ensure delivery timelines and quality expectations are met
  • Utilize Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for project planning, tracking, and collaboration
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with internal governance and external regulatory standards
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture
Required Experience
  • Proven experience as a Traditional Project Manager within Financial Services
  • Track record of successfully delivering Regulatory or Compliance-related projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at the Executive level
  • Proficiency in Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers or vendors
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with at least 2 days per week in the office
Desirable
  • Professional PM qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus
