  • Full‑time, based in Staffordshire
  • Competitive salary (experience dependent)
  • Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (additional hours and travel as required)

THE COMPANY

This well‑established exhibitions and displays specialist has spent decades designing, manufacturing, and installing creative stand solutions for clients across the UK and internationally. Known for combining design flair with engineering precision, they deliver bespoke projects that exceed expectations and build long‑term client relationships.

With continued growth and a reputation for excellence, they’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their talented, hands‑on team.

THE ROLE

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing client relationships, coordinating design and production teams, and ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

You’ll be involved in quoting and estimating, managing suppliers, and occasionally attending installations on‑site both in the UK and overseas.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing new and existing client projects from brief to delivery
  • Preparing quotes, estimates, and specifications
  • Liaising with design, production, and workshop teams to coordinate delivery
  • Attending site installations, ensuring high‑quality completion
  • Overseeing budgets, timescales, and client communications
THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Project Manager will have experience within exhibitions, events, or bespoke joinery/manufacturing. You’ll be confident communicating with clients, organised under pressure, and passionate about delivering creative, high‑quality results.

You should be
  • Experienced in project management within a production or exhibition environment
  • Strong on communication, budgeting, and coordination
  • Flexible with travel and working hours when projects demand it
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence
