Project Manager/Exec Business Partner | Cardiff/hybrid | £50,000-£60,000 pro rata

My client is seeking an experienced Business Partner to develop a project management framework and to prepare high-quality progress reports, presentations, and dashboards for the Board and senior stakeholders.

  • Provide high-level strategic and project management support to the CEO, ensuring the organisations strategic priorities are driven forward effectively and delivered on time.
  • Establish and embed a robust project management framework for the senior leadership team, ensuring consistent ways of working, clear accountability, and measurable progress.
  • Track and report on key strategic initiatives and high impact projects.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive board reporting framework that supports strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve insight of project performance across the organisation.
Skills, Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field and a formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2)
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and strategic planning processes
  • Proven experience in project management at a senior or strategic level.
  • Demonstrable success in leading and delivering complex, high-impact projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at Board and senior executive level.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear, measurable, and achievable outcomes.
