A leading energy advice organization is seeking a Project Manager to deliver their strategy for energy advice over 18 months. The role involves managing cross-departmental projects, fostering collaboration, and utilizing data to shape long-term visions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in service or advice development and project management methodologies. This position offers a blended work environment and aims to promote equity and diversity.
Location: Blended between office and home (England and Wales). Time in office negotiable.

We are looking for a Project Manager to help deliver the organisation's strategy for energy advice for the next 18 months. You will be based in the Energy policy team but most of your work will happen across the organisation in multi‑disciplinary teams, working with departments like business development, operations and income.
The team is responsible for developing a vision and taking action to improve our energy advice service and ensuring coordinated and strategic decision‑making. In this role you will manage projects for coordinated and strategic decision‑making whilst aligning these with broader strategic goals. You will confidently explain risks and prepare contingency plans, develop and maintain communication with relevant departments, foster collaboration and effective working relationships, and use data to contribute to long‑term visions for energy advice.
