ScienceLogic is a remote-first technology company redefining IT operations with an AI-driven AIOps platform. This role focuses on delivering strategic projects across UK clients, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring outcomes align with business value.

You will build robust delivery plans, manage risks, and drive executive-level communications to keep initiatives on track. A background in complex project delivery and a curiosity for AI are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery documentation.
• Manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Lead project governance routines including weekly reviews, status meetings, and steering committees.
• Monitor project health and proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers.
• Keep projects on track for scope, timeline, budget, and customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary coordination point between customers and ScienceLogic delivery teams.
• Lead project status calls, executive reviews, and steering committees, adapting communication style for technical, operational, and executive audiences.
• Understand customer business objectives and ensure activities stay aligned to outcomes.
• Translate technical delivery activities into business value and identify whitespace opportunities beyond scope.
• Develop a strong understanding of ScienceLogic solutions, AI capabilities, and platform architecture.
• Use AI, Copilot, Power Automate, and workflow orchestration to build automation for reporting, RAID management, action tracking, resource planning, and customer communications.
• Drive projects with urgency and ownership, and push back professionally on scope creep or unrealistic timelines.
• Own project risks, issues, and escalations through to resolution, coordinating cross-functional response across PS, Support, Product, Engineering, SRE, CS, and Sales.
• Coordinate resource requirements, support forecasting and capacity planning, and track consultant assignments across active engagements.

What you'll be doing
