Job summary

iO Associates, based in Linlithgow, is seeking a Project Manager – Electronics Hardware to lead a cross-disciplinary team across Electronics, Mechanical and Software. The role focuses on delivering new products through the full NPI lifecycle in a hybrid environment.

You will steer hardware programmes from concept through manufacturing, coordinate external development partners, and ensure high-performance, low-latency outcomes for advanced electronics solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of project management in complex electronics hardware.
• Strong experience with electronics hardware programme and product development.
• Experience transitioning products from development into manufacturing.
• Experience of managing projects involving external development partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of Electronics, Mechanical and Software Engineers to deliver new products and features through the full NPI lifecycle.
• Drive engineering design teams to develop next generation products for our test solutions.

A leading technology innovator that specialises in network performance, timing synchronisation, and application testing solutions is looking for a “ Project Manager – Electronics Hardware\". Its products help organisations validate, monitor, and optimise critical digital infrastructure across sectors such as telecommunications, defence, AI, data centres, and space.

You will be leading a multi-disciplinary team of Electronics, Mechanical and Software Engineers to deliver new products and features through the full NPI lifecycle. You will lead Engineering design teams to develop next generation products and features for our leading-edge test solutions.

Skills:

• 5+ years experience of project management in complex electronics hardware.
