Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project handovers, site installations, and delivery

Oversee procurement, purchasing, and approvals in line with company processes

Manage manufacturing, assembly, and shipment authorisations

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company policies (“Safety First”)

Lead and support project teams, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

Deputise for senior management when required

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to maintain strong relationships

Identify and resolve project issues or non‑compliance quickly and effectively

About You

Proven Project Management experience within electrical contracting

Experience in food, beverage, or industrial automation sectors preferred

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Proactive, solution‑focused, and safety‑minded

Key Relationships

Internal : Head of Projects, Commercial Manager, Technical Manager, Site Supervisor

External : Clients, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers
