The role requires 8-10 years of experience in managing CRM projects, strong communication skills, and relevant certifications. You will manage project lifecycles, interface with teams, and provide updates to stakeholders while identifying improvements in the delivery framework.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle, and data-driven marketing.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

Job Title : MS D CRM Program Manager

Location : London
Reports To : Client Program Manager
Work model : To work 4 days from Client location, 1-day WFH Role

The CRM Program Manager will need to lead strategic planning, execution, and end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM initiatives. This role ensures that CRM solutions meet business objectives, are delivered on time and within budget, and drive customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full lifecycle, end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects-from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Define & execute strategic roadmap to align with Biz objectives
  • Interface with business units, technical teams, and 3rd parties to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead teams onsite & offshore, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and adherence to project milestones.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements through rigorous monitoring & control
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. Prepare executive dashboards and post-project evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM delivery frameworks, methodologies, and adoption strategies.
  • Guide solution architecture, data migration, system integration, and customization efforts within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience & Skills
  • 8-10 years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle, and data-driven marketing.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum certification preferred.
