Jacobs is hiring an experienced Project Design and Engineering Manager for the UK Ports & Maritime team. You will lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams through feasibility, FEED, detailed design, procurement support, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring design integrity and regulatory compliance.
You will embed HSE practices, coordinate civil, structural, marine and electrical disciplines, and drive sustainable, innovative solutions for major infrastructure projects.

Supporting a diverse portfolio of major UK and international clients across the maritime, defence, energy and transport sectors, our 100-strong UK Ports & Maritime team forms part of a global network of more than 750 specialist maritime engineers. Together, we deliver world-class design and engineering solutions across commercial ports, bulk terminals, naval bases, breakwaters and coastal defences, dredging and reclamation schemes, marine offloading facilities, and seawater intake and outfall infrastructure.
Due to sustained growth and continued investment, a new role is being created for an experienced Project Design and Engineering Manager to join our Ports & Maritime team.
Working at the forefront of maritime infrastructure design, you will lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle, from feasibility and concept development through FEED, detailed design, procurement support, construction, commissioning and handover.
