Learning and Qualification Path

The apprenticeship spans three learning levels:

  • Level 4: Business Environment, Stakeholder Management, Project Planning & Control.
  • Level 5: Project Management Professionalism and Development.
  • Level 6: Programme & Portfolio Management, Project Leadership & Governance, Change & Risk Management.

End Point Assessment (EPA) leads to a BSc (Hons) level 6 in Project Management and the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ). Upon completion, you may apply for full membership with APM.

Your Skills and Eligibility

We value potential over formal qualifications. We look for:

Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be 18 years old or over by September 2026.
  • Have lived in the UK continuously for the last 3 years prior to the start.
  • Legally eligible to work full‑time in the UK for the scheme's duration.
  • Not currently enrolled in another apprenticeship programme.
  • Not hold or have completed a qualification in the apprenticeship subject at the same or higher level.
  • Must hold Maths and English GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent). Level 3 qualification(s) equivalent to 96 UCAS points.
