About the Role

Project Manager Apprentice – Commercial Data Platforms team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn the ropes of project management by supporting real data platform projects from planning to delivery, while being mentored by experienced PMs.
  • Help keep things on track by updating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication.
  • Work with tech teams building data tools that power decision‑making across the company.
  • Organise and support meetings—take notes, follow up on actions, and help keep communication flowing.
  • Grow your skills fast in a friendly, supportive environment where curiosity is encouraged.
Qualifications & Eligibility

Skills:

  • Passion to learn about Business Management or Project Management.
  • Experience with data or business management tools—generating reports, analysing data and using spreadsheets with great attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria.

  • 18 years old or over by the start of September 2026.
  • Have lived in the UK continuously for the last 3 years prior to the start.
  • Legally eligible to work full‑time in the UK for the entire duration.
  • Not currently enrolled in another apprenticeship scheme.
  • No completed qualification at the same or higher level in the apprenticeship subject.
  • Mathematics and English GCSE (or equivalent) at grade 4/C or A‑C; Level 3 qualification equating to 96 UCAS points.
Training & Assessment

The apprenticeship comprises three learning levels:

  • Level 4 – Business Environment, Stakeholder Management, Project Planning & Control.
  • Level 5 – Project Management Professionalism and Development.
  • Level 6 – Programme & Portfolio Management, Project Leadership & Governance, Change & Risk Management.

The programme concludes with an End Point Assessment (EPA). Upon finishing you will be eligible to earn an APM Project Management Qualification and apply for full membership with the Association for Project Management.
