Role: Project Manager, Data Centres (UK & Ireland)

Location: UK, Remote/Hybrid

Contract type: Full time, permanent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding UK/Ireland Data Centre sales team. As Data Centre Project Manager, you will coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and within scope. You will oversee all phases of projects – from initiation to closure – ensuring the highest quality standards and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders.

What will you be doing?
  • Lead and manage all phases of project development: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and quality; develop risk‑management strategies.
  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to capture detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific project requirements, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion and delivery; monitor progress and manage changes.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure costs remain within allocated limits.
  • Travel regularly to client meetings or Data Centre construction sites as required.
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have proven experience in a similar role, leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Exhibit excellent client‑facing and strong interpersonal/communication skills, with superior written and verbal communication.
  • Show solid organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Take a proactive approach to problem‑solving and make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Possess knowledge of HVAC systems and/or Data Centre construction site ecosystem.
  • Be willing to travel occasionally to visit manufacturing facilities.
  • Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Hold at least 3 years of project‑management experience, preferably in HVAC, construction or related manufacturing environments.
