Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of AI MVPs within a cross-functional squad. You will be responsible for managing timelines, risks, and dependencies across engineers, solution architects, and product managers. The role requires both technical fluency (to engage with AI/ML teams) and delivery discipline (to ensure projects are executed effectively).

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI MVPs, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met.
• Manage cross-functional squads, coordinating engineers, architects, and product managers.
• Set up and run agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies across functions.
• Track progress against roadmap and report to Programme Manager and stakeholders.
• Support governance processes including risk logs, issue tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Act as the delivery “glue” between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project management experience, ideally in Data, AI, or software delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering projects with cloud, data, or ML/AI technologies.
• Experience with agile delivery models and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical delivery into clear stakeholder updates.
• Understanding of AI delivery challenges (data quality, governance, adoption).
