My Client is a leading subcontractor specialising in complex cut and carve and structural alteration works across London. Turning over in excess £100 million and with a very healthy orderbook, they've built a reputation for excellence, innovation, and repeat business. As part of their continued growth, they're now recruiting a Project Manager to join their team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of challenging cut and carve schemes typically ranging from £2 million to £10 million in value. You will be joining a company with a fantastic reputation and provides great support.

All projects are based in Central London.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 3 years' experience managing structural alteration or cut and carve projects
  • Strong background with a specialist subcontractor or main contractor in complex refurbishment works
  • Confident managing project delivery, temporary works coordination, and site logistics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and drive performance
  • Ideally degree educated in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
