A construction organization in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant discipline and proven experience within a multi-faceted construction environment. This role offers an attractive package including flexible working hours, a local government pension scheme, and private medical insurance.
Arc Partnership is a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) and SCAPE. Formed in 2016 to support the council in creating an efficient, safe, and sustainable land and property portfolio.
We provide lifecycle property services, including the delivery of a high volume of multi-disciplinary projects, working with in-house architectural and engineering design teams as well as procuring and managing delivery by a range of local advisory and contractor supply chain partners.
We're growing our team in response to a significant pipeline of work, with an emphasis on education and development projects for Nottinghamshire County Council.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our established team and take ownership of managing projects from initiation through to completion. Your experience will be grounded within Construction or Building Surveying, and the type of projects you'll be expected run vary from extensions, internal refurbishments, remedial works including re-roofing, ceilings, lighting and fire / intruder systems.
This is a full life cycle role - so you'll be required to produce feasibility studies and delivery plans ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to scope.
Working closely with our internal multi-disciplinary teams including designers and commercial teams and our internal Principal Contractor, Arc Construction Services, to deliver innovative cost-effective approaches to even the most complex challenges.
We're looking for someone who wants to make a difference, with experience of managing internal and external client relationships in a complex environment, providing briefings and advice to committees and boards across a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
