Job description

An existing client of Sphere Solutions, are looking to recruit a Project Manager to commence a new national role.

Your new company are an established contractor based in Bath. As a business, they Design and Build sustainable workplaces across the UK. They offer a range of services from workplace strategy, through to consulting, and Office Fit Out. Current turnover is in excess of £30M.

Whilst working in this role, you will head up delivery elements of Fit Out projects across the UK, typically valued up to £14M, although more commonly around the £2M mark. Clients include worldwide brands such as Apple and Google.

The ideal candidate will have extensive CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience, whilst being involved with Design, Commercial, and Client Facing aspects of these projects.

Relevant degree level qualifications and construction certification is essential.
