Project Manager Construction £150m Student Accommodation West London

CJS Recruitment are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a £150m student accommodation new-build project in West London. This role will give you the chance to manage all stages of a large-scale construction project in the residential sector.

This is a Permanent Position with a salary of £60,00 - £85,000 (depending on how many years of project management experience the applicant holds)

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, building services and health and safety compliance
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, materials, installations and drawings
• Track project progress, key milestones, budgets and labour forecasts
• Represent the company on site and maintain excellent client and subcontractor relationships
• Ensure smooth project handover and aftercare

Requirements

• White or Black CSCS Card and SMSTS Certification (essential)
• Proven experience delivering residential and new-build projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation abilities
