A new client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Project Manager / Senior Site Manager, to commence a new role in Bradford on Avon.

Your new company are a large UK Group, who specialise within multiple sectors such as Residential, Leisure, Industrial, Retail, Healthcare, Commercial, and Fit Out.

Project Details

The role in question will be based on site in Bradford on Avon, where my client are overseeing a £30M Care Home extension. First phase of the project is valued at £8M.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day production on site.
• Involved in the full project life cycle, from Groundwork's, through to Frame, and Finishing / Snagging.
