We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager – Commercial Product Integration & Launch to join Norgine.
The core responsibility of the of the Project Manager – Commercial Product Integration & Launch:
To support launch excellence and new product introductions, we are looking to recruit a Project Manager for Commercial Product Integration & Launch (CPM).
The successful candidate would have a proven track record in applying industry‑leading project management practices to plan and deliver pipeline projects and new product introduction with industry‑leading performance, ideally based around commercialisation of products in a Pharmaceutical environment.
The Commercial Project Manager will work across multiple pre‑launch products as a member of the Global Product Strategy Team overseeing multiple brands under the umbrella of a single pipeline strategy.
The CPM will work directly with Global Brand Directors and Programme Manager to ensure the delivery of commercial activities in cross‑functional alignment with development and operations departments, continuously assessing progress and clearing the way for uninterrupted focus on the critical path for launch.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Facilitate and/or contribute to asset strategy and evidence strategy and support the programme manager in the co‑development of the integrated project plan to ensure feasibility and alignment with TA strategy, prioritisation, and brand performance objectives.
- Coordinate and align the commercial workstream functional leads, including marketing, market access & public affairs, geoexpansion & partnerships, digital & omnichannel and commercial operations to ensure timely delivery of projects and deliverables globally, for local adoption.
- Produce detailed commercial project plans for functional leads and Global Brand Directors according to brand strategy.
- Ensure clear roles and responsibilities are captured in project plans to achieve global project objectives. Build trusting relationships with the team and stakeholders to encourage transparency and collaboration.
- Project manage day‑to‑day operational activities in the commercial workstream across launch pipeline brands, ensuring cross‑functional alignment with development, supply operations and supporting functions activities.
- Accountable for the update of the commercial workstream activities within the brand integration & launch planners that builds team commitment to shared goals with schedules and budgets based on clear dependencies and assumptions.
- Work closely with function leads, development and supply operations project managers and programme managers to monitor global & local progress against planned commercial and wider brand activities to keep Global Brand Directors informed.
- Ensure rigor, consistency and compliance in co‑development of monitoring reports against which all project deliverables are monitored and controlled.
- Accountable for ensuring rigor in commercial risk management. Proactively identify, review, manage and document commercial risks avoiding/minimising financial exposure and launch delays. Escalating through defined governance channels where necessary.
- Ensure the centralisation and dissemination of key information and documentation including changes to plans, launch dates, risks and decisions.
- Initiate, manage and execute launch change controls within GxP QMS system.
- Work with local affiliate teams to ensure local commercial plans are executed in a timely manner in line with global brand strategy and timelines.
- Reinforce the implementation of the Launch Excellence and New Product Introduction processes in collaboration with Launch Excellence Lead, PLM Manager, Global Brand Directors and Programme Manager.
- Ensure alignment of commercial workstream activities to budgets and resources to optimise project efficiency.
- Input into launch excellence and NPI optimisation while sustaining agreed‑upon ways of working for effective team communication, collaboration, decision‑making, and conflict resolution.
- Actively promote Norgine’s values of Dare, Drive, Develop, to seek diverse perspectives, cultivate creative thinking, and ensure that all relevant voices are heard to strengthen outcomes and foster broad commitment.
Ideal Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of complex project management in a GxP industry, ideally gained in a pharmaceutical environment including understanding of commercialisation or product launches.
- Experience leading commercial research projects, specific focus on commercialisation in pharma/healthcare a plus.
- Strong experience with MS Project and/or MS Planner platforms or similar.
- Exceptional computer proficiency – advanced knowledge of MS‑Office applications required (including SharePoint Word, Teams, CoPilot, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project/Program). Experience with Veeva Enterprise modules (PromoMats, CRM) is a plus.
- A track record in PM role executing complex multi‑disciplined process and creative projects with demonstrated skill operating in situations characterized by complexity, ambiguity and high levels of uncertainty.
- Experience in full project life cycle feasibility, scoping, planning, risk assessment, costing, execution, review and closeout.
- Experience of working in an international team and coordinating with other project managers.
- Experience of working within a project portfolio environment with ability to build credibility quickly across a diverse range of functions, seniority, and geography.
- Excellent communication, assimilation and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work with project teams and senior leadership teams to identify novel solutions to both project‑specific and portfolio wide issues.
- Confident team player, willing to engage with wider organisational teams to drive improvement momentum.
- Analytical and organized with business and financial acumen.
