Project Manager – Commercial Fit‑Out (NI Only)

CLIENT

VANRATH are partnered with a long‑established NI contractor who specialise in commercial fit‑out delivery across Northern Ireland. With 20+ years of steady repeat business, they offer stable workload, professional environment and NI‑only project delivery (no UK travel / no nights away).

The Ideal Person

• Experience managing fit‑out / interiors projects (commercial / retail / education / healthcare)
• Able to coordinate multiple subcontractors and stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and programme control
• CSR card + Driving Licence essential
• SMSTS / First Aid desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple NI fit‑out projects from inception to handover
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour
• Maintain project programmes and resource schedules
• Chair progress meetings and manage client communication
• Track cost, change, variations and programme with commercial team
• Ensure all projects are delivered to HSEQ standards
• Oversee quality control, snagging and final close‑out

Remuneration

£45,000 - £55,000 + company car + pension + healthcare + parking + additional benefits

• NI only – no GB travel, no hotel + airport lifestyle
