Overview

Project Manager - £75k-£85k + Comprehensive Package. Role: Permanent, Full-Time - 45 hrs/week. Location: London. TRIbuild Solutions are hiring a Project Manager on behalf of our client - a leading civil engineering and infrastructure specialist with over 40 years of experience across water, transport, built environment, and energy sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple civil engineering projects from design to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
  • Manage project costs, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain construction programmes.
  • Lead site meetings, ensuring accurate record-keeping and action follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Provide cost-effective engineering solutions and resolve design challenges.
  • Produce risk assessments, method statements, and site waste management plans.
  • Manage subcontractors and drive commercial efficiency.
About You
  • Essential
    • Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
    • Strong knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, NEC contracts, and cost control.
    • Proficient in Primavera P6 or similar planning software.
    • MEICA capabilities.
    • CSCS Manager's card, SMSTS, and NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience managing heavy civils, rail, water, and utilities projects.
    • Sub-contract management and P6 programming experience.
    • Temporary works coordinator/supervisor experience.
  • Desirable
    • CEng MICE.
    • Knowledge of JCT contracts.
    • Thames Water and rail project experience.
    • NRSWA and Lifting AP training.
