Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Civil Engineering or Geotechnical background to lead work packages on the Sizewell C nuclear new-build project in Suffolk. The role is permanent and based on a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule.

You will manage projects from planning to completion, lead site teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards while coordinating with clients and stakeholders. The project is long-term, with estimated 6–7 years on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management or site management experience.
• Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering background required.
• Experience on construction, infrastructure or engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and work packages from planning through to completion.
• Lead site teams, engineers and subcontractors.
• Manage programmes, resources, costs and deadlines.
• Work with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and provide regular reports.
• Identify risks and resolve issues.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Support commercial activities, variations and change control.
• Collaborate with design teams on project delivery.
