My client in Edinburgh is seeking two Project Managers to lead varied construction projects across Scotland, from healthcare facilities to logistics warehouses. They welcome graduates with at least one year of post‑graduate PM experience or recently chartered with the RICS.

With strong support to progress toward chartered status, the role emphasizes teamwork, meeting organisation, note-taking, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year post graduate project management experience.
• Recently chartered with the RICS.
• If not chartered, APC progression already started.
• BSc/MSc in Construction Project Management or similar built environment degree.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy environment.
• Team player with strong client-facing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Organise and run meetings and take minutes.
• Ensure the client brief is adhered to and projects move to completion on time and within budget.
• Liaise with stakeholders at all levels and maintain project documentation.
