Job summary

TipTopJob in Edinburgh seeks two Project Managers to join their construction team on projects across Scotland, including healthcare facilities, golf courses and warehouses. Candidates should have at least one year of post-graduate PM experience or be newly chartered with the RICS, with strong English communication and client-facing skills.

Support to become chartered is available, and a BSc or MSc in Construction Project Management (or related built environment subject) is required.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year post-graduate project management experience.
Recently chartered with the RICS or working towards APC.
BSc or MSc in Construction Project Management or related built environment subject.
Ability to organise and run meetings, take minutes, manage client briefs and keep projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Organise and run project meetings, take minutes, and ensure client briefs are adhered to.
Help keep multiple projects moving to completion on time and within budget.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Scotland on healthcare, golf, warehousing and other schemes.
Engage with clients at all levels with clear, professional communication.
