Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organisational change efforts for our transformation and client migration program. This role will ensure the smooth transition of clients, systems, and processes by driving stakeholder alignment, adoption, and readiness across business units. The Change Manager will play a critical role in minimising disruption, building confidence among clients and employees, and embedding sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support transformation and client migration initiatives.
- Conduct impact assessments to understand client, operational, and employee implications.
- Create structured plans for communication, stakeholder engagement, and training.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Work closely with senior leaders, client teams, and operational leads to align on migration objectives.
- Design and deliver clear communication strategies tailored to internal staff and external clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to project leadership on change readiness and adoption risks.
Client Migration Readiness & Support
- Partner with client relationship teams to ensure clients are informed, prepared, and supported throughout migrations.
- Identify potential resistance or adoption challenges among clients and employees and develop mitigation plans.
- Track client sentiment and feedback, escalating issues proactively.
Execution & Adoption
- Deliver training, workshops, and toolkits to equip employees and clients with new processes or technologies.
- Support migration go-live activities, acting as the point of coordination for change-related activities.
- Define success metrics and monitor adoption, reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Capture lessons learned from migration waves and apply best practices to subsequent phases.
- Foster a culture of adaptability, resilience, and client-first transformation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in change management with proven success in large-scale transformation and/or client migration programs.
- Change management certification strongly preferred.
- Experience working with complex client-facing programs in industries such as financial services, technology, consulting, or outsourcing.
- Strong track record of engaging senior stakeholders and managing client communication during transition phases.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.
- Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and external clients.
- Project management discipline with the ability to work in structured and fast-paced environments.
- Analytical mindset with capability to track adoption, readiness, and risks.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
