We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority’s flagship Big Clean initiative—a Mayoral Manifesto commitment to improve public spaces and strengthen community pride across the region. You’ll drive high‑impact projects from concept to completion, working with partners across criminal justice agencies, local authorities, and communities to deliver real, visible change.

The Project Manager plays a key role in delivering the Big Clean programme, overseeing multiple projects and workstreams designed to tackle graffiti, littering and fly‑tipping across South Yorkshire.
You will
You will be part of a collaborative team that works with Local Authorities, South Yorkshire Police, Community Safety Partnerships, Youth Justice Services and the voluntary sector to deliver a whole system approach to support services.
You will be a confident, organised and motivated professional with a strong track record in project management and stakeholder engagement. You can balance multiple priorities, communicate clearly with a range of audiences, and navigate complex issues with sound judgement. You will be comfortable working proactively, solving problems, organising resources and ensuring governance requirements are met.
