Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead BEMS/BMS projects across commercial and industrial sites in the North of England. You will drive delivery from handover to completion, coordinating engineers, suppliers and customers while owning budgets and schedules.

This hybrid role requires travel to customer sites, with a competitive salary, a company car or car allowance, annual bonus, private healthcare, pension, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within the BEMS/BMS industry.
• Ability to manage projects independently with ownership and accountability.
• BEMS commissioning experience would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational, commercial and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage BEMS projects from sales handover through to successful completion.
• Own project financials, including forecasting, cost control, procurement and contract management.
• Coordinate engineers, suppliers and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Take ownership of project delivery, managing priorities and resolving issues with minimal supervision.
