The Role

As Project Manager – NDC Carrier Onboarding, you will lead the end-to-end process of onboarding airline partners to our platform, from contract signature through to general availability. This is a high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage all activities related to NDC carrier onboarding.
  • Track and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Develop mitigation strategies for potential risks and manage project changes effectively.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain strong relationships with airline partners and internal teams.
  • Ensure alignment of goals, resources, and timelines between our company and airline partners.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to optimize onboarding processes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Background in technology and/or travel industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development and agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
