What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate across departments to manage resources, resolve constraints, and drive project success.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and consistent updates.
  • Govern change control processes and ensure leadership sign-off on all project changes.
  • Map and improve business processes to support successful change initiatives.
  • Chair project meetings, report to IPTs, and ensure actions and follow-ups are tracked.
  • Monitor budgets, raise requisitions, and ensure financial compliance.
  • Act as a point of contact for Health & Safety, ensuring alignment with safety standards.
  • Support and mentor other PMs, contributing to a collaborative project management culture.
  • Manage engineering-focused and ad hoc projects as required.
