A leading company in childcare services is seeking a Project Manager to join their Property, Capital Projects and Facility Team. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring operational sustainability and safety, and overseeing multiple projects. Location: Hybrid role – with visits to our nurseries and our HO in Northampton
The Project Manager will be part of the Property, Capital Projects and Facility Team, managing a portfolio of approximately 285 properties, including new acquisitions. The portfolio includes about 215 leaseholds and 70 freeholds across the UK, mainly in the southeast.
The team aims to ensure operational sustainability, safety, portfolio expansion, refurbishment, and cost management, adding value to the business.
The Project Manager will oversee 20-25 projects, each valued between £25k and £300k, with an annual capital spend of approximately £13m.
