Job description

IPRS PFAS are an independent provider of quality medical assessments using a network of specialist health practitioners based in various clinics, mostly around the Southeast of the UK. We are seeking a Project Manager to work directly with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to manage and drive the Continuous Improvement Workstream, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with business priorities.

Main job duties for this role include
  • Lead and coordinate the Continuous Improvement workstream, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and track project plans across multiple workstreams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate communication between SLT and operational teams, ensuring clarity of goals, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • Support the delivery of key organisational projects, providing structure, documentation, and regular reporting.
  • Hold workstream leads accountable for milestones, outcomes, and deliverables.
  • Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Produce clear progress reports, dashboards, and updates for SLT meetings.
  • Coordinate change management activities, supporting the adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Contribute to business transformation initiatives and ensure consistency across all improvement activities.
General/Additional Duties
  • To comply with the Corporate Data Protection Policy which covers all aspects of the organisation’s business in both electronic data and manual filing systems.
  • To ensure that professional behaviour, appearance, and attitude are maintained, and the organisation’s policies and procedures are always adhered to.
  • To undertake any other duties compatible with the grading of the post, as required.
Requirements
Education and Qualifications
  • Project Management Qualification (e.g. Prince 2, AgilePM, or APM) (E)
Experience & Knowledge
  • Proven experience in project coordination or project management (ideally in a complex or multi-stakeholder environment) (E)
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques (E)
  • Experience in translating strategic goals into actionable project plan. (E)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, project tracking tools and reporting systems (E)
  • Experience in continuous improvement, change management, or business transformation (D)
  • Experience working in a healthcare, public sector, or service-based environment (D)

Other information

For the position of Project Manager, we are offering a competitive salary with the flexibility of a contract being between 30-40 hours per week.

Salary

£45,000 per annum based on 40 hours per week, pro rata for reduced hours (minimum 30 hours per week)

Hours

Consideration will be given to applicants wishing to work part-time for a minimum of 4 days per week / 6 hours per day
