Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 🎓 Degree qualified in an engineering discipline.
• 📅 Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment.
• 🛠 Engineering and technical competence, sufficient to enable effective decision‑making.
• 💼 Understanding of cross‑functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management.
• 📋 Well‑organized, with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities.
• 🤝 Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
• 🗣 Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.
