Job summary

Mission 4 Recruitment's client is a growing global leader in electronics distribution, supporting customers with product sourcing, traceability, electronic design, logistics, supply-chain management, anti-counterfeit testing and obsolescence management.

They are seeking a proactive Project Manager to deliver customer projects on time, within scope and budget and act as the central communication point across internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' project management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong Excel, reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from onboarding to completion.
• Review and understand customer briefs and translate them into internal execution plans.
• Engage all relevant stakeholders at the correct stages.
• Monitor timelines, identify risks and coordinate mitigations to ensure delivery.
• Oversee milestones including demand loading, job creation, procurement progress and kitting readiness.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear, structured and timely updates.
• Track and ensure completion of customer requests.
• Lead contract reviews and ensure PO alignment.
• Identify commercial risks and elevate when necessary.
• Help protect and optimise project gross profit.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales and Quality.
• Drive alignment, ensure accountability, and resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate demand loading and job creation in the ERP system.
• Monitor performance through order books, trial kitting and supply chain status.
• Maintain project visibility and data integrity across systems.
• First point of contact for ECRs, BOM updates, RMAs and supply/delivery issues.
• Coordinate teams to resolve issues and minimise disruption.
• Document customer requirements including kitting instructions, CofC/FAIRS, traceability, and operational preferences.
• Maintain clear and accessible project documentation.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive Project Manager to deliver customer projects on time, within scope and budget and act as the central communication point across internal teams and customers.

We are not insisting on candidates having worked in the same industry, although that's always a massive bonus, but you do need to have been doing a Project Manager job for 2 years rather than someone who wants to progress into a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Delivery

• Manage customer projects from onboarding to completion.
• Review and understand customer briefs and translate them into internal execution plans.
