Job description

We are seeking a proactive and delivery‑focused Project Manager to join our Operations and Development Team. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate complex or ambiguous objectives into clear, structured project plans.

Responsibilities
  • Operational transformation and service improvement programmes
  • Mobilisation and transition of services
  • Change management and rollout projects (new processes / procedures), You will take ownership of governance forums, reporting cycles and risk/issue tracking, driving completion of actions and ensuring decision‑makers have visibility of progress.
  • Alongside operational projects, you may also support internal business initiatives such as new system deployments, workforce management upgrades or process implementation.
  • Leading and coordinating transformation, mobilisation and roll‑out projects
  • Turning high‑level objectives into detailed, time‑bound project plans
  • Holding governance calls and project meetings, ensuring actions progress
  • Maintaining risk registers, RACI structures and escalation routes
  • Providing regular project updates to key stakeholders
  • Overseeing milestone delivery, timelines and project admin
  • Producing reports for senior leadership and steering groups
  • Coordinating with action owners to ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications
  • Demonstrable success of managing and coordinating a wide variety of projects within the Facilities Management sector
  • Excellent risk assessment and time management skills
  • Clear and effective communicator across all levels of an organisation
  • Skilled in applying tailored engagement strategies to achieve maximum impact
  • Experienced in managing and influencing a wide range of stakeholders to ensure timely updates and completion of project actions
  • Proficient in producing and presenting high‑quality reports for senior audiences
  • Comfortable to constructively challenge senior stakeholders to maintain accountability and project progress
  • Capable of delegating tasks appropriately to help support efficient delivery
  • Solid working knowledge of project planning tools and systems, including MS Excel, MS Project and Teams Planner
  • Passion for working to deadlines and driving performance of others to achieve success
