Spectrum IT Recruitment in Southampton is seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations and drive business improvement within a small but well-established medical sector company.

This varied role blends project delivery, commercial oversight, people management and responsibility for quality and regulatory compliance, with an office-based role requiring commuting to the Southampton office five days a week.

Formación

• Strong project management / operations management background.
• Proactive, customer-centric approach with the ability to lead others.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Experience of regulatory requirements and awareness of Governance Risk and Compliance.
• Commercial experience of ISO 13485 is highly desirable.

Project Manager - Southampton offices
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum

We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations and drive business improvement within a small but well-established business in the medical sector.

This varied role combines project delivery, commercial and financial oversight, people management and responsibility for quality and regulatory compliance.

The business is mostly office based due to the nature of the work, so candidates must be able to commute to the office 5 days per week.
